Holiday Isle really does a fantastic job overall.... I was kinda bummed that we couldn't reserve the Inlet Reef because of a shift in their pet policy... our 60-pound golden doodle was suddenly not allowed.... this place has always been our go-to vacation spot, and our golden doodle was a favorite among everyone she met during our last trip.... Honestly, I believe that the weight of a pet isn't a fair measure of whether they're aggressive.... she's just a big cuddler.... Fingers crossed that Inlet Reef will rethink their rules.

Back in the 70s and 80s, my folks had one of those two-bedroom condos. It was the best spot for our family vacations! Recently, my family, my brother's crew, and our Mom took a trip down memory lane and had an awesome time! We reminisced about the good old days and created some fresh memories too!

The condo was just right, tidy and cozy! The staff were awesome!

For the last five years, I've taken a summer getaway at a Holiday Isle spot in Destin, FL, and every single time has been just great. The accommodations are consistently tidy and ready when we get there. The proximity to the beach is just perfect. My family and I always have an awesome time. Can't wait to book with them again next year. I definitely suggest checking them out!

This condo was just right! The pictures reflected exactly what you’ll receive, and the staff on site were super friendly and accommodating. I’ve got just a minor little gripe: they don’t give you many trash bags (1) or paper towels (1) and such, but honestly, that’s barely a complaint!!

We've been visiting Seacrest every fall for over a decade, but this year was a bit of a letdown. While it’s not a total dealbreaker for us, we won’t be booking the same unit again (unless things have changed, since I hear different folks own the condos).

We found someone else's underwear in our condo, which was pretty gross. Plus, there were only three rolls of toilet paper for four people over almost six days—seriously? No other paper products were provided, not even facial tissues. The bathroom sink was clogged and didn’t drain properly. The dryer was a pain too; we had to run it twice for every load, even if it wasn’t full, and we couldn’t use the timed drying option at all.

We accidentally left a bag behind, and when we called to check, the cleaning crew said they didn’t find it. It’s possible it got swiped by someone else, but we can’t risk that happening again. So, yeah, we’re definitely skipping room 509 next time.

There were a few little problems, but nothing major. I’ll definitely come back again!

This company is just plain ruthless and awful. I wouldn't even consider staying at one of their places for free. We were just trying to shift our reservation by five days because of the incoming category 4 hurricane, but they refused to help us out. I even paid an extra $300 for an insurance policy! They seemed way more concerned about their owners getting their commission than about us getting there safely. All I wanted was to be moved to another condo (not even the same one, just whatever was open) five days after the storm passed.

I stayed at Sandpiper Cove 9207, and let me tell ya, the place was stunning and spotless! It’s spacious, and the location couldn’t be better! The owner really put thought into the details, like having a shelf full of books for beach reading. Checking in was a piece of cake, and booking was smooth sailing, even on short notice. We did run into some maintenance hiccups on the first day, but they hustled to fix them. I just wish the owner was a bit quicker to respond about the outside upkeep. The view from the master bedroom balcony is fantastic, but you can’t really enjoy it since the patio doors are a pain to open and close. They should’ve been swapped out ages ago. Plus, the screens are ripped, and the windows could use some updating.

We spent some time at unit 8209 in Sandpiper Cove. This studio was just right for the two of us. Everything was tidy and modern. It took us roughly 5 minutes to stroll to the beach since we were in the condos on the opposite side of the road. They provided us with a code to access the beach, and you can either bring your own chairs or rent them at a reasonable rate. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, and we plan to return!

Holiday Isle has really elevated our units through their Premier program. I put my money in, and this summer it paid off big time. The SEACREST HOA is investing over $3 million in infrastructure improvements. Each unit will be getting new sliding doors and windows with UVC light tint, plus they’ll be super insulated to handle temperature changes. The exterior and all common areas are getting a fresh coat of paint and a whole new vibe. This summer brought challenges for both renters and owners, like noise, trash, and parking issues caused by a small number of renters. But steps are being taken to make sure management deals with these problems properly. Oakaloosa Island remains a family-friendly spot, which aligns with the values of Seacrest and Holiday Isle, who manage about half of the units.

We've been to Sandpiper Cove a bunch of times without any problems. This time, we opted for studio 8246 for a few days, but man, what a letdown! Along with the hike in price, we faced several issues with this place. Just 10 minutes after arriving, the floors were filthy, but good luck seeing to clean them with only four tiny lights that barely work. Trying to catch some Z's on a mattress that feels like a brick is tough enough, but then there's the AC dripping condensation right onto your head. And let me tell you, it ain't quiet here; the freezer's making a racket all night long while it dumps ice, and the toilet? It just keeps running water and making noise. All in all, this was the worst experience I've had at Holiday Isle.
